Pediatric Occupational Therapy Evaluation
Occupational Therapy Assessment and Intake
The intake process for occupational therapy includes a functional developmental (sensory-motor, visual perceptual, sensory processing) and learning skills assessment and/or record review, a parent/client consultation, report and recommendations, and program set-up. Through assessment, we ensure the best and most efficient programs and strategies are provided from day one, tailored for each individual child.
This intake process includes testing time (2 hours), and a written report with a treatment plan. A parent consultation is also available for families wishing to review the results with the assessing therapist. If you have a recent evaluation and wish to use it, contact us for further details.
