Pediatric Occupational Therapy Evaluation
Occupational Therapy – Intake & Assessment
The intake process for occupational therapy includes a functional developmental (sensory-motor, visual perceptual, sensory processing) and learning skills assessment and/or record review, a parent/client consultation, report and recommendations, and program set-up. Through assessment, we ensure the best and most efficient programs and strategies are provided from day one – tailored for each individual child.
This intake process includes testing time (2 hours), and a written report with a treatment plan. A parent consultation is also available for families wishing to review the results with the assessing therapist. If you have a recent evaluation and wish to use it, contact us for further details.
