RECOMMENDED AGES
Children entering Kindergarten in the Fall of 2009

WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT
Your child will learn and enhance kindergarten readiness skills through PURPOSEFUL PLAY - learning activities that involve whole body movement, dramatic play, & getting messy!

• Develop phonemic awareness through rhyming games and books
• Build sound/symbol association for reading with Zoo-phonics
• Teach correct pencil grasp & handwriting skills through multisensory, hands-on activities
• Enrich problem-solving skills to boost self-efficacy and independence
• Build social & communication skills through games and activities
• Build math skills- counting, simple addition, sorting
• Promote body awareness through creative play and movement

To take full advantage of the curriculum, we recommend that you enroll in Session I or II. (Weekly registration is also available.)

Kindergarten Readiness Camp will run in two 3-week sessions. Week 1, 2, & 3 of each session will have different themes.

To take full advantage of the curriculum, we recommend that you enroll in Session I or II. (Weekly registration is also available.)

  • July 13 – 17 (Jungle Boogie)
  • July 20 – 24 (Fantasy Land)
• Session II:
  • July 27 – 31 (Under The Sea)
  • August 3 – 7 (Jungle Boogie)
  • August 10 – 14 (Fantasy Land)
